We had an amazing day doing this tour! Jeep ride is very fun and thrilling at the same time. This was a new experience for us but we really enjoyed it. The hot springs are also great. The guides Ben and the other drivers are very nice people. Ben came to the hotel on time and accompanied us for a few hours. He is patient. Others who took us in four-wheeled cars were good at driving. They are kind and enthusiastic. My parents and son really like this trip. We climbed Mount Batur, the black rocks surprised me. Then we went to the hot springs and rested for a while. It's a relaxing time. Furthermore, our food was amazing as we could sit towards the mountains and lake. We are all satisfied with the whole tour
